The Wall, 2006

Its sheer size, texture created by its peeling color and the fact that it was clean of any decoration, drew my attention. With Long observation, the wall, as a vast backdrop, turns trivial events to stand out. The sequence of photos brings together the same place at different times and creates a story of random encounters, ones that show the small, hidden gestures.
